We founded Made in Heaven Cakery in 2020. Hailing from Brazil, Milena has brought her lifelong love of baking and all things sweet and naughty to the UK, where she's made it her mission to create special moments for all our customers and build a brand doing what she loves. Jamie has the slightly less tasty job of crunching the numbers and building this website (but he secretly enjoys it).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer delivery?
Yes we do! We deliver in the Hertfordshire area, at different price points based on the distance from our home base in Stevenage. If you need delivery to a location further away, please get in touch and we can work something out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
When paying online for products in our store, we accept credit/debit cards via Wix Payments.
For cakes and other products not available in the store, we prefer payment via bank transfer, but we also accept cash.
I need a last-minute order, can you help me?
We pride ourselves on being able to turn around amazing cakes in no time at all, but in most cases we will need at least 24 hours notice to prepare your order.

Do you make gluten-free cakes?
Yes, we offer gluten free cakes as well as other treats and are happy to discuss any dietary requirements you, or your guests may have.
Do you require a deposit?
All orders require a 50% deposit, or full payment for last-minute bookings. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or collection. Please note that if the event is cancelled less than 10 business days before the due date, the deposit will be non-refundable. If ingredients or materials have already been purchased for your order, a percentage will be deducted from the deposit to cover those costs.
